If this occurs, the affected service will be rescheduled and prioritized as availability permits.
8. Service Warranty
Our company provides a limited warranty on labor and workmanship for major repair services performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period specified at the time of service. Warranty coverage is valid only when all service and repair work is performed by our technicians. Any service, adjustments, or repairs completed by another company or individual will immediately void all warranty protections.
Please note that equipment and parts installed during service are covered solely under the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to complete and submit all required manufacturer warranty registration or documentation. Failure to register equipment with the manufacturer may result in loss of coverage, for which our company is not responsible. Failures related to equipment or parts not caused by technician workmanship are not covered under our labor warranty, and any additional repairs will be billed at our standard hourly rates.

However, by requesting service, the customer authorizes us to perform all work reasonably necessary to restore the heating system to safe and operable condition. In certain situations—such as emergency service calls, unsafe operating conditions, system failures, or time-sensitive circumstances—immediate action may be required, and advance discussion or approval may not be feasible.
All work performed will be billed in accordance with our published pricing and service rates. Safety and system functionality will always take precedence.
In some cases, temporary or alternative repairs may be required to safely restore heat due to parts availability or system condition. Such repairs are not intended as permanent solutions unless expressly stated.
